Good morning Aaron and Justin, After settling into my new space I wanted to send a further note of thanks as I am discovering how great everything is. Every morning I marvel at how great the transition is between the wood flooring and the tile in the kitchen - it is simply beautiful. For the kitchen itself, I hated every single finish in the old one, now I stare at my kitchen and can hardly believe I own such a lovely space. The staircase is gorgeous, after seeing it in its completed form I've actually described it to someone as "I never knew stairs could look so good”. I am also thrilled with how the under the stairs cubbies turned out. With the finished floors and reconfigured supports the space is infinitely more usable and has easily doubled my storage options. This was our first major renovation on this 100+ year old house and there was a lot to worry about. How they estimate is brilliant! It allowed us to select quality options for all finishings, fixtures, etc., with room to spare!
